WHAT ARE LIGHTROOM PRESETS?

Lightroom Presets are photography filters that allow you to edit your pictures with just one click. Not only they will help you to save time, they will also give a professional look to your images.

CAN I USE PRESETS ON MY SMARTPHONE?

Yes, of course! All our presets packs can be used both on your phone or on your computer.

DO I NEED ANY APPS TO USE THE PRESETS?

Yes, you need the “Adobe Lightroom” FREE app for mobile or “Adobe Lightroom Classic/CC” for desktop to use our presets. You can find Lightroom here / for Android here / for iOs here.

Important note for desktop users: Please make sure you have done the most recent upgrades to Lightroom CC & Lightroom Classic CC for desktop. Our Desktop presets are XMP files.

ON WHAT IMAGES DO YOUR PRESETS WORK?

Our presets work on all kind of photos (JPEG and RAW). They were tested on pictures taken by us and also on pictures taken by our Instagram followers.

WILL MY PHOTOS LOOK LIKE YOURS?

The presets you will find here are the exact same presets we use to edit all our Instagram photos. Since every photo situation is unique, taken in different locations, different light conditions, etc... we designed different preset packs. Even though the presets are one-click filters, you might need to do some simple adjustments like exposure, contrast or temperature to achieve your desired look. This is the beauty of it, you can put your own special twist on our presets & create a more personalized look.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE PRESETS?

Once the payment is completed, the presets are immediately sent to you via email and you are ready to start!

If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You still can’t find it? No worries, you probably just misspelled your email address. Just send us a dm on @passagepassportshop or an email to hello@passagepassport.com and we will take care of the situation.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE PRESETS?

WHICH CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

Everything in our store is in EUR. If you're purchasing in a different currency that's still ok, your bank will convert the EUR into your usual currency.

CAN I REFUND MY DOWNLOADED PRODUCTS?

Due to the nature of the digital products we sell and the industry’s standards we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for any reason once the presets have been downloaded as you also can't return the products. You will have the product forever and you will be able to use it forever as well.

IF I BUY A NEW PHONE OR COMPUTER CAN I TRANSFER MY PRESETS?

Once you receive your presets via email it’s a good idea to back them up on an external hard drive. This way you have the presets stored safely forever.
